Today I will tell you about a book we are reading. Raymond is a bully and he tries to take money from Joe. We are in the middle of the book and Mr. Foster gives Joe powers, but Joe doesn't use them wisely, Joe starts to become a worse bully than Raymond!!
Mr. Foster also has secret powers. Joe even thinks he might not be human!
People bully because they want everyone to be scared of them so the bully can control other people, in other words the bully wants all the power.
